TennisFitness is a really fun way to play tennis while getting good exercise and doing it with others. You'll hit a lot of tennis balls during your lesson and get a great cardio workout at the same time. Every lesson focus on the fundamental skills to play tennis (agility, speed, reaction, etc) and is structured in warm-up, drills and games. TennisFitness takes place every Monday morning 7.00-8.00 and 8.00-9.00 in Kjøbenhavns Boldklub, court 1 - indoors (Peter Bangs Vej 147, 2000 Frederiksberg).
